Bring your goals and questions. You do not need a polished fitness plan before speaking to NNPT.
Check the booking calendar for the appointment type, current price and duration. In-person coaching is at 22A Sago Street, Singapore. Ask the team what to bring if your appointment details do not cover it.
After booking, complete the intake form. Share your training experience, goals and relevant health information. Be clear about any limitations or concerns.
Which coaching format fits my schedule? What does the package include? How will we track progress? What support is available between sessions?
02 / Beginner strength training
A useful starting point is learning the movements in your programme and understanding their purpose. Ask your coach to explain technique, effort and how your sessions connect.
Record your workouts. Discuss how the exercises feel and what you can repeat consistently. Your coach can help decide when to change the programme as your technique and performance develop.
Review patterns over time: attendance, confidence with technique and performance in your programme. A difficult day is useful information to discuss, rather than a reason to abandon the plan.
Explore the coaching approach03 / Practical nutrition habits
Start by describing how you actually eat: workday lunches, meals at home, dining out and busy weeks. This gives your coach a useful starting point for personalised guidance.
Identify the meals or situations that are hardest to manage. Ask your coach to help you find practical options around familiar foods and your schedule, rather than relying on a completely different routine.
Bring questions and examples to your check-ins. Understand why a change is suggested and how it supports your training goals. Nutrition guidance is educational; discuss medical dietary needs with a qualified healthcare professional.
